Returns & Refunds

Customers can request a return within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a mandatory unboxing video.

Yes, exchanges are only allowed if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • A wrong product

An unboxing video is compulsory for exchange requests.

Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within 8–15 business days.

  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders are refunded to the customer's bank account after verification.
