depending on serviceability and courier performance.

We currently ship only within India.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Ratnaasya shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

6. Free Shipping

Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders.

Currently, free shipping is available on orders above ₹599 unless otherwise specified.

Ratnaasya reserves the right to modify promotional shipping offers at any time.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory.

  • Customer pays a fixed ₹150 return fee.

  • Exchanges are only available for wrong or damaged products.
